Most employees have stress. They feel stress because of a boss, assignments, less time for much work and so on. According to the statistic by Oricon company , 43.8% people feell stress because of their jobs, then 32.6% people feel stress beause of the relationship with their boss and fellow workers. Much stress lead to melancholoa. Most of the people who suffered from melancholoa could not work, and could not make their living, then finally lead to suicide the worst. Accoringg to the statistics by the Metropolitan police Department, 7% people’s suicides in 2007 caused by the stress of work in Japan. Most people need some ways to reduce their stress. The following three soltion steps would contribute to reduce stress.

     The first solution is to make time to communicate issues. They can talk with their family about their issue and need help because family is living very close to them. They can make time to have a dinner with all member of family, then they can talk about their anxiety. Their family would support and they could be feel better. Also they can talk with your friends when They can go for a drink together. They can talk about their issue very casually and get rid of stress. If their friends work at the same place of work, they could undersand more deeply. If their stress are caused by their bosses, they can talk with their bosses directly and try to solve the problem. They could reduce their stress when they talk with someone.

     Another solution is to create a better atomosphere for employee help.They can go to a public office for employees, talk with their problems at the work place and get advice from officer. If the problem causeing stress seems to be illegal, the office would warn the company to make better  atomospher of employees’s working. They can change their working condition by themselvs. They can change their working schedule; deceding to go home early on Friday. In addition, They can create a group support network with fellow employees. They can go for a drink together after working, talk, annd get relax. Their fellow workers are more undaerstandable about their problems in working. They could change their atomosphere by themselves.

     The last solution is to take action. They can get outside involvement such as lawers and a union.  If the problem causeing stress are illegal, they can meet lawers and talk about their issues. In addition, They can talk equoly as a union with the company. One employee could not change  the condition but when employees get together employees could be equal to the compaany. However, woking atomosphere would not change better, They can change the jobs. When they change the jobs, the condition of work would change drastically. Also, if they get a loss because of the stress causing by working, they can sue the company and get compensation. They can take action like this if they couldn’t reduce their stress by avobe-mentioned methods.

     Many of employees will have stress and they can’t avoid stress.  They can talk with people around them or outside involvement about their problems and get support. Still they can’t reduce their stress, they can take action. It is important to reduce the stress and not to keep being under a lo of stress.

     The number  of divorces  each year is increasing and creting more and more serious problems. According to the statistic, 300 thousand couples got divoerced in 2000, Japan. As a result of getting divorced, you would have many prblems;emotional troubles, economic troubles, and starting over your life.

     First of all, people would experience extreme emotional trouble because of separating. They would be tired very much because they have to talk with their husband or wife alot about their house, money, children and make a decision. In addition, they would have problems with job, children, family. They could not work than before since they got shock and become emotionally unstable.Their family might be worried about them. They would feel very lonley as a result of separating from their children. People who got divorced would expreience many emotional troubles.

     Another problems is that they would have economic problems due to divorce. They have to earn their own living as a consequence of divoeces. They could not depend on anyone. They would need another money if you bring up their children, or they have to py more money to their partner in order to educate their children. In addition, you have to buy what you need in your new life, for exmple, car , home, and furniture after getting divorced. They would have economic problems like this because of divorce.

     Finally, they would have to staring over their life after getting divorced. If some of them quited  jobs when they get married, they have to look for their job. It must be hard if they get old. However, they could even starting over romance. As aresult of getting divorced, they become free and go dating freely. They can go out with their friend any time like go to see the movie at night, go shopping, and travel abroad. They could make new friend if you visit srange place. They would have problems to start over their lives, but they could start again what they couldn’t do when getting married.

     People who get divorced would face serious problems such as emotional protblems, eonomic problems, and problems to starting over their lives. However, they coud heve another start in their lives like romance, and new friend.

     Nowadays, many people from elementary students to eldery people have their own cell phones. According to the statistics, 70% people have their cellphones in Japan. The reason why people have cellphones is that cellhpones are very usefull. Cell phones have improved people’s lives in three major ways; being connected form anywhere, anytime, for emergencies, and improving communication with family and friends.

     First, we can connect to someone from anywhere or anytime. We can email anytime by cellphones.  When your friends can’t take your phonecall, you can email. Then your friends can seem your mails anytime, anywhere.Not only with your friends, you can connect with someone who never see on the internet. You can cannect to the internt with cellphones anywhere anytime. Whether you know him/her or not, you can connect to someone through cellphones.

     Secondly, you can use cellphones when you are in a emergencies like car accidents, crimes, troubles. When you see someone involve in a car accident and get injured, you can call a ambulance and get help. And when you see someone commit a crime, you can report the crime immediately. Not only the emergencies like this, you can call your family to pick you up, for example when you get in a rain suddenly after getting the train off. You can also use cellphones in emergences.

     Finally, you can communicate with your family and friends using cellphones. Cellphones for children have some very useful function like GPS. Mothers can know where their children are. In addittion, you can use your cellphone when you work. If you have problems when you work outside alone, you can ask your boss how to solve it. It’s very useful for your spontaneous planning with friends or family. When you would have no class the day, you can call or email and get someone to play. You can have better communcation with friends and family through cellphones.

     Cellphones are used by many many people from various genaration because it’s very convenient and has many ways to use. Cellphones will be keeping improving people’s lives and spread to more people.

   I went to Tottori with my friend by his car.

   The first day, we went to the Daisen Highlands at Daisen mountain. We gave carrots to horses. I was scared because horses were very big and might bite my hand with carrots. Then we went to the Mizuki Shigeru’s road. Mizuki Shigeru is a famous comic writer and he’s from Tottori. His most wellknown comic is ”Gegege no Kitarou”. There are many bronze statues of the comic characters on the road.  We saw many children there because the comis is very popular to them.

   The second day, we went to the Tottori Sandhill and sandboarding. We slided a steep slope down from top of the hillsand. It was the very steep slope so I was very scared. When I tumbled on the sand I was covered with sand. I got very dirty but I enjoyed very much. But I was very tired because I had to walk up to the sandhill after sliding the slope. After we sandboarded, we ate soft ice cream tasting Japanese pear. Tottori is also famous for Japanese pears. It was very delicious.

   I went to Tottori for the first time and I had a great time in Tottori. I want to go there again.

E.    Cigarette advertising should be banned. First of all, advertising has a big influencce on many people. For example, when children see the cigarette advertising, they may think it’s cool and want to smoke. Advertising could be seen by anyone even it’s for adults. Secondly, they can’t stop smoking once they start smoking, because they suffer from addiction to cigarette. Accoding to some statistics, 60% smoking people had tried to quit smoking, but only 11% people can stop.  If you want to stop smoking seriously, you have to go to a hospital and teke couselings. Also quiting smoking need much time. Some doctors says even if you stop smiking, you may continue to think you want to smoke. Finally, smoking cause many illiness. when children smoke, their growth be disturbed. In addition, smoking caused cancers on a throat and lungs. You may die because of these cancers. Cigarrette advertising you could see unitentionally have a big influence on many people including chilldren. So it should be banned.
